At any given time a team member can access the Vine to locate a policy, procedure, view Grow news, team member directories or social happenings in departments and teams. Because this is also the place to go for information, having the content easy to find and understand will be valuable. This could lead to a better equipped and more confident team member, which would also yield a better member experience.
