What's the Situation?
Our lending platform does not auto-export mailing addresses to our account platform. After funding and exporting loan applications, the funder is required to manually update the mailing address on the account. This leaves room for error, and causes instances of Indirect Welcome Packets that include disclosures, account and payment information to be returned to Grow as undeliverable. This requires additional labor and costs in reviewing the returned packets, correcting for address discrepancies and regenerating additional welcome packets to send out through our third party vendor. It also impacts the member experience, the first impression and our relationships with our new Indirect members, and potentially the loss of additional account services. How we can minimize these errors to reduce inefficiencies and costs and improve the member experience?
