Communication surrounding the Strategy Map becomes less frequent the further down you move within the organization. Not everyone one is fully aware of what is happening or how they can be involved. How can general and important information regarding the map and its objectives be communicated to everyone at Grow, not just those directly involved?

We are running into a shortage of mentors in the organization that have the time and capacity to take on more mentees. For the requests coming in, those that would fit into the mold for a good match (part of SLP, MDP, other leaders in org) have increasing responsibility and less time to dedicate to a team member not in their direct line.

The Vine is our intranet. It serves as the source of all things related to life at Grow. At any given time a team member can access the Vine to locate a policy, procedure, view Grow news, team member directories or social happenings in departments and teams. Because this is also the place to go for information, having the content easy to find and understand will be valuable. This could lead to a better equipped and more confident team member, which would also yield a better member experience.

In a past organization wide survey, it has become apparent that the engagement level within some of our leaders has decreased. This is a problem because there is significant research that shows the engagement levels of leaders have a greater impact on the team than any other influencer. When trying to uncover the root cause of the decrease, there are many things to consider like what departments due the impacted leaders work, who do they report to, are they being coached, or do they work in the office/remote/hybrid. Also, there are many external factors that could impact a person’s overall well-being.

At present, the mail bag courier is once a week to most store locations. This presents an issue when the store needs to send out mail in a timely fashion. Using Fed Ex can be expensive and having store employees pay for postage personally then be reimbursed can be cumbersome. How to more effectively send out mail?

Onboarding for new loans are not as frictionless as we would like. How do we improve the onboarding process for our members? - Imagine you just bought a new auto loan and Grow Financial was the lien holder. What would you like the onboarding experience to look and feel like?
What's the Situation?
As we continue to exist in this remote environment paper mail seems to be one of the things that requires multiple departments to need to have at least one person present daily or on a weekly basis. What technology or procedure can be implemented to minimize or eliminate this need? How can we continue to move in the paperless direction?
